Real opportunity for growth State-of-the-Art Facility Team-Oriented Culture Responsibilities: Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs professionally and courteously Provide clear and accurate service recommendations and cost estimates Ensure time management and a high quality of work Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring efficient communication Maintain detailed records of service history and customer interactions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-ups and problem resolution Qualifications: Previous Customer Service Experience required Previous Service Advisor a Plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must love working with people Adaptability Works well in a collaborative, results-driven setting Valid driver's license All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
