Join Kitchen Guards sales leadership team for our exciting launch in Orlando, FL and play a key role in our growing success!/ppPrimary Responsibilities:/pulliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market./liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders./liliConduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our fire and life safety solutions./liliDevelop proposals outlining recommended safety solutions, including cost estimates and timelines./liliSet and meet sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization./liliDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue./liliAct as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their fire safety needs are met with tailored solutions./liliConduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services./liliConduct on-site inspections to assess the clients needs and recommend appropriate solutions./liliEnsure the safety and efficient installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment./liliAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelines./li/ulpJob Expectations:/ppLead Generation
Business Development:/pulliDevelop and execute a territory-based business development plan in coordination with leadership and marketing./liliMaintain a structured follow-up process for all lead types to keep the pipeline active and improve conversion rates. Actively managing three primary lead sources:/liulliCorporate and Website Inquiries
Respond promptly to warm leads and convert them into scheduled appointments./liliLegacy Lead Book
Review older leads, qualify their potential, and re-engage where viable./liliCold Outreach
Conduct targeted cold calls and in-person visits to businesses within the territory to generate new opportunities./li/ulliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the defined market./liliCreate and update territory plans to consistently meet or exceed sales goals/li/ulpClient Engagement
Solution Delivery:/pulliDeliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase fire and life safety solutions./liliConduct on-site inspections to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions./liliPrepare detailed proposals with clear cost estimates and timelines based on inspection findings./liliStay informed on industry trends and advancements to provide expert consultations./liliAttend initial cleanings to ensure smooth handoff to KEC technicians and coordinate with the warehouse manager for equipment readiness./li/ulpCustomer Relations:/pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders through virtual and in-person interactions./liliEnsure customer satisfaction after each cleaning via email, surveys, and follow-up calls in coordination with the rest of the staff. We want to define a solid collaborative culture with Sales being as much involved with the deals sold as possible./liliAddress client complaints or service issues promptly and professionally./liliMaintain consistent follow-up to strengthen long-term customer relationships./liliCommunicate with clients after service to share updates on issues, resolutions, or positive feedback./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliProven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fire and life safety industry or restaurant industry./liliTechnical knowledge of fire safety systems and equipment./liliExhibit flexibility and adaptability in dealing with various work environments, including grease or dirty rooftops./liliEffective time management skills to balance multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously./liliAttention to detail in conducting inspections, preparing reports, and recommending solutions./liliStrong verbal and written communication skills./liliProven ability to build and maintain professional networks within the industry./liliParticipate in ongoing safety training to maintain a high level of awareness and preparedness./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliExperience in commercial facility services or related fields preferred, but not mandatory./liliRelevant certifications in fire and life safety or B2B sales./liliCollege degree/li/ulpPhysical Requirements:/pulliAbility to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops./liliPhysically fit, capable of lifting 40+ pounds and using A-frame ladders./li/ulpBenefits:/pulliCar Allowance/liliBonus based on performance/liliCompetitive salary with uncapped commission/li/ulpSalary: $60,000 Base Salary plus OTE!
