Accounts Payable And Accounts Receivable Clerk
The Mills Automotive Group is seeking an accounts payable and accounts receivable clerk. Applicant should have good organizational skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Previous dealership experience a plus, but accounts payable experience a must! We offer: Health, dental, medical after 60 days 401K Paid time off Responsibilities include: Post all payable invoices and purchase orders Issue vendor payments/checks Prepare accounts receivable statements and send to ar customers Prepare daily deposit from sales, parts and service. Receipt in checks and ensure they are posted to the right accounts and invoices. Perform basic and routine accounting functions Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned Requirements include: Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software Automotive dms helpful but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills
