This Sales Professional will be primarily responsible for developing new accounts and driving intralogistics initiatives in those accounts. They must possess the ability to ensure internal and external client satisfaction by exceeding customer expectations. They must utilize their interpersonal skills to nurture and cultivate client and vendor relationships in order to provide world-class, cutting-edge intralogistics solutions

As the top tier of our sales organization, these elite sales consultants will specialize in developing intralogistic resolution opportunities for customers within Manufacturing, DC, Warehouse and E-Commerce spaces. Responsibilities: Primary focus will be sales of conveyor, automated storage systems and related products This is an Industrial sales position using a consultative, relationship-based approach in the Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi geography. We also travel with our local customers that have facilities in other states. Increase systems sales through account development and internal/external networking. Leads provided by our manufacturing partners as well as our internal team of Account Managers. Achieve financial targets for Systems Sales as communicated by management. Sell maintenance contracts where appropriate and as supported by our service organization Maintain an awareness of competition and a high level of customer satisfaction Provide accurate and timely information used for managing the business, including status of leads, proposals, marketing data, competitive data, sales forecasts and expenses Represent the Company to develop life-long relationships with our customers. Desired Qualifications / Job Requirements: Experience selling conveyor and automated material handling systems. Mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial applications Experience with software and controls technology a plus Product and Company Training will be provided Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 5 years of experience in material handling automation sales and systems development. Exceptional business acumen with a demonstrated understanding of key business drivers. Must be able to establish and maintain customer confidence through good listening skills. Provide exceptional customer service. Travel required Demonstrate persistence and overcomes obstacles. Manages competing demands; uses time efficiently. Highly motivated to achieve challenging goals. Organizational, planning and prioritizing skills. Excellent computer skills and efficient in Microsoft office products. Administer overall process of a customer's needs in terms of specifications. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A team player who can work well in a dynamic environment. Compensation: Base Salary + commission Car allowance, gas card and reimbursed business expenses 401k plan along with company contributions Multiple medical and life insurance options Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current, valid, unrestricted driver license with no more than allowable number of points on record.
