Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional manner that reflects Cadillac's luxury brand values. Conduct thorough needs assessments to match customers with the right Cadillac vehicle. Present and demonstrate vehicle features, performance, and technology in an informative and exciting way. Guide customers through the entire sales process
from initial contact to delivery
ensuring a seamless, personalized experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cadillac vehicles, features, and competitive offerings. Utilize the dealership's CRM system to follow up with customers, maintain accurate records, and build long-term relationships. Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth transaction flow. Participate in dealership events, product launches, and training sessions to enhance product and brand expertise. Ensure the showroom and display vehicles are maintained to premium brand standards. Strive to exceed sales goals while upholding Cadillac's reputation for excellence and integrity. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Previous automotive sales experience preferred
luxury brand experience a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand environment. Tech-savvy, with the ability to use CRM systems, digital retailing tools, and mobile technology. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
