Job Title: Production Coordinator Location: Manitowoc Job Type: Full-Time Department: Systems Department Shift Hours: 6am
2pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime Salary: Starting at $23.00 an hour Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our systems department. This intermediate leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations in assigned work centers or assembly areas. The Production Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between production teams and management, ensuring smooth workflow, quality standards, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations in your assigned production area Act as a communication bridge between shifts and management Support and train team members on processes and equipment Troubleshoot production and quality issues Assist with scheduling, labor planning, and performance reviews Promote and implement Lean Manufacturing principles Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required Leadership or manufacturing experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BPCS systems Ability to train, motivate, and lead others effectively Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain) Working Conditions: Manufacturing environment (non-climate controlled) Standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 lbs) required Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical parts Occasional overtime Benefits: Monthly Goal Sharing bonus program with earning potential of up to $190 per month 15 Minute paid break Health, Vision, Dental Insurance HSA w/ Employer Contribution Celebration of Achievements Employee Stock Ownership Program *Once vesting period is met Tuition Reimbursement + MORE!
