Our client, a leading provider of insurance solutions for businesses and individuals, is seeking a Bilingual Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative. As a Bilingual Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the customer service team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a customer-focused attitude which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative Location: Walnut Creek, CA Pay Range: $22 - $27 Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM What's the Job? Assist customers with questions and guidance regarding the company's website and processes Interact with customers via phone to provide information about products and services Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally Support renters' insurance programs and tenant protection services Maintain excellent phone etiquette and computer skills to ensure smooth communication What's Needed? P&C License Bilingual - English & Spanish is required Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills Excellent computer skills and familiarity with online platforms Ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base High school diploma or equivalent; no prior experience required What's in it for me?
