What You'll Be Doing: Be the expert customers turn to
over the counter, by phone, and via email
to find the parts they need. Recommend related items, share promotions, and help customers make informed choices. Coordinate orders with the warehouse to keep everything moving efficiently. Track backorders, locate hard-to-find parts, and communicate clearly with customers and teammates. Log lost sales and spot trends to help us improve. Stay current with training and product updates
because knowledge is power. Who We're Looking For: Someone with a great attitude, solid work ethic, and a desire to grow. Mechanical aptitude and computer skills are a must. Prior experience in truck or auto parts is a plus
but not required. Organized, detail-oriented, and great with customers. Excellent communication skills and must speak English. High school business math. Knowledge of and ability to work on a computer. General mechanical aptitude. Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, crouch, reach and lift. Operate a Fyda vehicle in safe and responsible manner and in compliance with Fyda policies.
