
Customer Service Representative
PHINIA is currently looking for a "dynamic, results driven" individual to join as a Customer Service Representative at our Aftermarket Remanufacturing Plant in Troy, MI. This person will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to manage time sensitive information and transactions to ensure on-time delivery by tracking shipments for pick-up and estimating times of arrival and delivery. Key Responsibilities Use SAP system to enter & process customer orders for assigned customer accounts. Enter orders timely & accurately to ensure data correctly reflects customer requirements and expectations. Manage customer expectations and exercise timely communication practices. Ensure critical information is communicated to internal and external customers. Drive issue resolution with both internal and external customers. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in business or communications preferred. 0-3+ years of experience in customer service or related role with focus on logistics and delivery. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Great work ethic with excellent organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; Ability to multi-task.
