Job Purpose PHINIA is currently looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual to join as a Customer Service Representative at our Aftermarket Remanufacturing Plant in Troy, MI. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing time-sensitive information and transactions to ensure on-time delivery by tracking shipments for pickup and estimating times of arrival and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Use SAP system to enter and process customer orders for assigned customer accounts.

Enter orders timely and accurately to ensure data reflects customer requirements and expectations.

Manage customer expectations and communicate promptly and effectively.

Ensure critical information is communicated to internal and external customers.

Drive issue resolution with both internal and external customers.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business or communications preferred.

0-3+ years of experience in customer service or related role with focus on logistics and delivery.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Great work ethic with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; ability to multi-task.
