4:30 PM EST Location: Remote (must be able to work EST hours) Employment Type: Contract / Entry Level Job Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity, supporting sales representatives in the Tennessee market. This role is focused on order entry, customer support, and client portal management. Daily responsibilities include: Utilizing multiple client portals to pull information and monitor purchase order (PO) approvals. Performing order entry in Oracle ERP (training provided). Matching approved POs to orders and closing them out in the system. Typing in order numbers, looking up orders, and ensuring accuracy in processing. Providing customer service support related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications. Resolving customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively in line with consumer laws. Supporting outside sales representatives with order management and customer inquiries. Developing improvement plans based on customer survey feedback. This role follows clearly defined procedures and guidelines, requiring a basic understanding of work routines and systems. Skills & Qualifications Required Skills:
