The Sales Development Representative will qualify inbound leads while actively working to re-engage existing opportunities within the sales pipeline. This is a very important role within our business that is the perfect fit for a motivated professional looking to leverage their inside sales experience. Responsibilities: Effectively qualify leads generated by marketing and live transfer to debt consultants Re-engage our existing sales opportunity pipeline Partner with marketing to have a working knowledge of the various channels and methods utilized to generate inbound interest Record and report all activity in Salesforce.com Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of inside sales experience Bachelor's degree highly preferred Bilingual
fluent (Spanish/English) Excellent verbal communication and sales skills Experienced with Salesforce Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Be willing to work flexible hours Compensation: Base salary and monthly + quarterly bonus program.
