Account Executive

Account Executive for our Complex Security & Fire Sales team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers create safer, smarter, and more resilient environments. Working under defined direction, you'll engage directly with building ownersprimarily at the Director levelto deliver the company's industry-leading service offerings. You'll champion our value proposition by pairing technical knowledge with operational insight to offer trusted, high-impact solutions. You'll cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision makers, ensuring customer satisfaction while proactively expanding the reach of the company's integrated Security and Fire portfolio. This role is responsible for selling Commercial Security and Integrated Systems, managing the full sales cyclefrom identifying and qualifying opportunities to presenting solutions and closing new business. You'll contribute meaningfully to our growth by consistently acquiring and closing sales each month, while broadening the depth and breadth of our offerings within assigned accounts. Skills and Requirements Minimum of two 5+ years of progressive, consultative field sales experience within a complex sales environmentideally in the Fire, Security, or Building Automation sectors. Strong initiative and outstanding interpersonal communication skills. Proven ability to influence decision makers at key organizational levels. Technically savvy with the ability to understand and articulate system capabilities and customer needs. Minimum High School diploma and technical degree or 4 year sales experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Five (5)+ years of demonstrated sales success within the Fire, Security, or IT industry.
