We are looking for enthusiastic agents who are passionate about sales and customer service! Your role as a B2B Call Center Agent involves engaging with businesses, assisting them in finding the best products and services tailored to their needs. Daily responsibilities include: Building lasting relationships with business clients and understanding their requirements. Promoting our comprehensive product offerings that suit diverse business needs. Utilizing a consultative sales approach to meet client expectations and drive sales. Handling inquiries and providing support via inbound and outbound calls efficiently. Collaborating with team members to continuously improve processes and sales techniques for better results. This will be a 12pm - 9pm or 1pm - 10pm schedule.
