Building lasting relationships with business clients and understanding their requirements Promoting our comprehensive product offerings that suit diverse business needs Utilizing a consultative sales approach to meet client expectations and drive sales Handling inquiries and providing support via inbound and outbound calls efficiently Collaborating with team members to continuously improve processes and sales techniques for better results Schedule
This will be a 12pm - 9pm or 1pm - 10pm schedule. Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales or call center roles is preferred, but we value a strong willingness to learn! Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to effectively connect with business clients Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of our products and services in relation to client needs Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and improving customer experiences Proficient in using computers and navigating customer relationship management (CRM) software Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A high school diploma or equivalent is required Benefits
Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week schedule, with overtime opportunities!
