The Account Executive- Print Production - Sales role is a dynamic position focused on driving revenue growth through the effective promotion and sale of print production equipment. We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on prospecting new clients, building relationships, and closing sales. You'll work closely with our team to deliver solutions that help businesses with their print production needs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the print production, graphic arts, or related manufacturing industries. Strong knowledge of print production processes, materials, and technologies. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools. Familiarity with digital printing technologies and emerging print trends. Background in project management or production coordination. Additional certifications in sales or print technology. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach to generate new business opportunities in print production sales. Collaborate closely with the production and design teams to develop customized print solutions that meet client specifications and budget requirements. Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations. Manage ongoing client relationships by providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and coordinating project timelines to ensure successful delivery. Track sales metrics and market trends to inform strategic planning and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and offerings. Skills: In this role, strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying complex print production concepts to clients and internal teams. Sales expertise is applied daily to identify client needs, negotiate terms, and close deals that align with company goals. Knowledge of print production technologies enables the candidate to provide accurate recommendations and troubleshoot potential issues proactively. Organizational skills are critical for managing multiple client accounts and coordinating with production schedules to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools supports data-driven decision-making and helps optimize sales strategies.
