About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to take on a pivotal role in driving revenue and acquiring new customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying and engaging with target vertical SaaS and fintech platforms to running the full process of research, outreach, discovery, and close. This includes building and maintaining multi-threaded relationships across various functions at the target platforms, as well as leading partnerships and cultivating a network of channel, ecosystem, and product partners. The Head of Sales will also be instrumental in designing and iterating the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, creating repeatable sales motions, and ensuring the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and processes for success.
Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, partnerships, or business development, with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas. The role requires a deep understanding of the product, the ability to translate complex technical features into clear business benefits, and a strong background in selling to product-led or executive-level buyers. Experience in vertical SaaS, fintech, or related fields is essential, as is the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a high level of curiosity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and implement sales structures. Familiarity with embedded finance, accounting, or payments, and a network of industry contacts, are considered advantageous.
