You will assist agents with policy inquiries, endorsements, claims processing, and administrative tasks while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and policy information. Conduct follow-ups on outstanding items to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: Hold the insurance license required by your state. Previous experience in customer service or administrative support, ideally in the insurance industry.
