Your responsibility will be to guide them through their options, provide clear explanations, and ensure every question is answered with professionalism. Your daily responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound outreach, booking and conducting virtual meetings, presenting benefit programs to interested members, completing paperwork, and checking for accuracy through quality control.
