As our Activity Director, you’ll lead the planning and coordination of engaging programs that nurture our residents’ physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being. Your creativity, energy, and organizational skills will bring joy, purpose, and connection to our community every single day.

What You’ll Do
- Plan, develop, organize, and direct all activity programs in accordance with residents’ interests, abilities, and comprehensive care assessments.
- Create meaningful experiences that foster purpose, dignity, and fun.
- Participate in community planning to support residents, families, and local engagement.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to activity programming.
- Announce and promote scheduled activities to residents daily.
- Build a welcoming and inclusive environment, ensuring programs reflect warmth, personal attention, and positivity.
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional activities and events.
- Drive residents to and from appointments or community outings as needed.
- Advocate for residents by developing programs that enhance quality of life and overall wellness.
What We’re Looking For
- A compassionate and energetic leader with a heart for seniors.
- Experience in activity programming preferred, but we’ll train the right candidate with the passion to make a difference.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire teamwork and create meaningful connections.
- Must possess a valid Arkansas driver’s license .
