Director of Customer Relations and Logistics
Dartmouth College is seeking a Director of Customer Relations and Logistics to lead the Facilities, Operations and Management (FO&M) department’s customer service and logistics functions. The role focuses on customer relations, data analytics, operational strategy, and resource management to deliver efficient, sustainable workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.

Position Purpose
The Director will oversee customer relations, logistics, data analytics, and operational strategy for FO&M. Responsibilities include developing a resource management office, managing workflow, and ensuring high quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 15+ years of experience in customer service, resource management, and data analytics.
- At least 10 years of facilities management and supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems and standard business applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and time‑management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify as a Dartmouth approved driver.
- Knowledge of building construction and maintenance practices.

Responsibilities Overview
- Develop, implement, and analyze performance metrics and data analytics.
- Implement QA/QC responsibilities and develop communication plans for FO&M.
- Manage asset data collection, budgeting, maintenance schedules, and inventory processes.
- Lead a team of up to eight full‑time staff and collaborate with Campus Services Operations on technology, contracts, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain service level agreements and departmental policies to ensure high quality service delivery.
