A Day in the Life

The Senior Director, Package & Channel Strategy, will study, outline and provide thought leadership to the sales and marketing organizations to shape our long range package, portfolio and channel plans. These plans will be anchored in the development of the OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Pack, Price, Channel) framework for system evolution and adoption. Responsible for developing the package strategy alongside the Revenue Growth Management team and Insights departments to ensure we meet consumer needs to optimize category revenue, profitability, and long term growth. Additionally, this role will lead multiyear planning for the sales organization and partner with cross functional leaders for growth enablement. As Senior Director, this role will be responsible for Channel Director (s) and enabling the strategic plan to come to life in commercial planning and field level success.

The Impact You'll Make

  • Develop an occasion, brand, package, price, and channel (OBPPC) vision and growth strategy for portfolio of brands.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives including opportunity identification, 3-year OBPPC strategy and other channel growth initiatives.
  • Develop the mid-long-term package strategy across all channels, working with the Revenue Growth Management team to ensure all strategies are implemented within the guardrails by the channels and customers.
  • Work with respective Revenue Growth Management, Commercial, and cross functional teams to translate OBPPC and Channel Plan into actionable Customer Execution Plans and Joint Business Plans for customer and bottler teams.
  • Lead a channel director(s) with vast channel coverage.

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor\'s Degree in the field of -- Business, Commercial Planning, Revenue Growth Management, Package Strategy and Architecture
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in Strategic Planning or Commercial Planning
  • Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in Channel, Sales, Package, Strategy or Planning Computer Skills
  • Desired: Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $177,540 - $269,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
