Overview
Are you ready to lead and inspire? As our National Property Practice Leader, you’ll oversee and guide our property practice team. You’ll set the strategic direction, foster talent, and build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners. How you'll make an impact
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for the property practice. Set clear goals, objectives, and targets to drive success.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and support a team of talented property professionals. Provide the tools and resources they need to succeed while fostering creativity and innovation.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in the property sector. Build and maintain relationships with national clients, attend industry events, and stay ahead of market trends.
- Client Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients. Understand their needs, ensure satisfaction, and oversee the delivery of exceptional property services.
- Carrier Partnerships: Maintain and strengthen partnerships with property carriers. Work on strategic initiatives to create new capacity, exclusive arrangements, and competitive advantages.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other practice leaders and departments to ensure a coordinated approach to service delivery. Share knowledge, best practices, and resources across the organization.
- Thought Leadership: Stay informed about industry trends, participate in forums and conferences, and publish insights to position the organization as a leader in the property field.
About You
- You’re a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
- You have experience leading teams, recruiting talent, and fostering professional development.
- You excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients and carrier partners.
- You’re knowledgeable about the property sector, market trends, and industry developments.
- You’re a strong communicator, collaborator, and problem-solver.
- You’re passionate about delivering high-quality services and making a difference.
- Preferred: Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Track record of competitive success.
- Behaviors: Must be able to build collaborative and mutually meaningful relationships with internal and external clients. Strong communicator at all levels. Ability to identify and act on coaching opportunities.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
