Were hiring a Director of ICU to lead the strategic, clinical, and operational direction of a high-acuity intensive care unit. Required Qualifications
Current (or eligible) New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license
Bachelors degree in Nursing required
Seven (7) years of healthcare experience , including at least three (3) years in a leadership role
Proven ability to lead in a critical care environment
Strong understanding of quality improvement initiatives and regulatory standards
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MSN, MBA, or Healthcare Administration)
Experience in a for-profit hospital setting
Demonstrated ability to build multidisciplinary teams focused on clinical excellence
Skilled in provider relations and cross-functional collaboration
