Your tasks will include coordinating client requests and collaborating with various internal teams such as portfolio management, sales, and service. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Communicate professionally with high-net-worth clients via phone and email in a collaborative team atmosphere. Handle operational tasks between Fisher Investments and our trusted brokerage partners that serve as custodians. Establish and manage client accounts, addressing any documentation or transfer issues that arise. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or a relevant combination of education and experience. Strong commitment to delivering quality work while adhering to deadlines. Ability to face challenges directly, learn from experiences, and strive for improvement. Excellent interpersonal skills to connect effectively with diverse audiences through phone and email. Compensation: Base salary ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 per year. New hires should anticipate starting at the lower end based on experience. Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
