We are seeking an experienced tenant representation advisor to join a top national brokerage team in Dallas to develop new business accounts and service existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced broker who wants to align with a fast-paced and experienced group of professionals and access a national tenant advisory platform. Responsibilities
Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach and relationship building. Lead leasing, renewals, relocations, expansions, and acquisitions for corporate occupiers across office, medical office, retail, and industrial properties. Develop and execute real estate strategies aligned with client growth, capital planning, and operational objectives. Negotiate favorable lease terms and risk protections for national clients Advise clients on multi-site portfolio strategy, market selection, and cost-reduction initiatives. Prepare and interpret financial analyses Develop and grow strong relationships with senior executives at target companies Contribute to the success and development of the team Travel as necessary to interact with clients and prospects and/or tour properties Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate experience An active real estate license is required; SIOR or CCIM a plus Extensive experience across Office, Retail, Industrial and Medical transactions Experience with prospecting, researching and pursuing companies nationwide Strong solution selling skills and experience with complex products and services Creativity and drive to succeed Highly competitive with the desire to be a key contributor on a successful team Other Skills & Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners and clients. Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload. Understanding of and commitment to client services. Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments. A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment. Physical Requirements
Involves work of a general office nature with a medium amount of travel possible Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/scanner Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays.
