Salary Range:

$50-$85k+ base (flexible/based on experience) + UNCAPPED COMMISSION ($100-$200k+ OTE) + benefits + high growth potential!

Role Description This is a

full-time, hybrid

Insurance Account Manager/Sales Associate role based in

Melville, NY , with the flexibility to work from home on select days. The position focuses on managing client relationships, supporting risk management activities, assisting with insurance program placements, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.

Provide risk management solutions tailored to client needs.

Assist with insurance program placement, including carrier negotiations.

Prepare proposals, quotes, and other client-facing documentation.

Collaborate internally with underwriting, operations, and service teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Required Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Experience in client relationship management or customer service.

Familiarity with insurance practices, risk management, and managing client portfolios.

Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred, not required).

Relevant insurance licenses or designations are a plus.
