Bexley 3Five - South Austin, TX Pay:

Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $23/hour) and increasing based on experience + quarterly bonuses Benefits:

Must be available to work rotating Saturdays and occasional evenings for resident events What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Front line resident services, team interaction, fast-paced learning, and communicating in persuasive and difficult situations. Lead and support the on-site team; assist the Property Manager as needed. Work with prospects: answer internet leads, phone calls, schedule appointments, and tour the community. Process leasing applications, prepare lease paperwork, and collect/security deposits; ensure sign-offs on leases. Provide excellent customer service to residents: renewals, notices to vacate, early termination, add a pet, transfers, and account questions. Coordinate with maintenance: walk apartments for readiness, monitor property needs, and follow up on work orders. Create a positive move-in experience and manage move-outs and security deposit dispositions. Post rent payments and follow up on balances owed. Plan, prepare, and host resident activities.
