We are looking for a

Senior Analyst, Contracts and Pricing , who is intellectually curious, self-driven, and adaptable to join us in our

Market Access & Affordability

team, based in our office in Atlanta, Georgia.

About The Role

You will manage the development and maintenance of the infrastructure and processes for ongoing audit, monitor and verification (AMV) of government pricing policies and submissions, contract compliance, and validation of eligibility and customer assignments. The role will also support Head of AMV in internal and external audits. Additionally, the Analyst will support certain process improvement and revenue optimization initiatives especially for the 340B program. This includes, and not limited to, 340B program compliance monitoring, data validation, covered entity outreach as well as cross channel data analysis to minimize program abuse.

Who You’ll Work With

Internally, you will work with your colleagues in Contracts and Pricing, the Market Access Field Team, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Policy and Communications. Externally, you will work with various vendors and auditors.

What You’ll Do

Maintains a comprehensive and consistent audit and verification process to ensure gross profit and contract compliance

Performs validation of operational data including customer eligibility and assignment, 340B eligibility

Analyzes data trends, recommends and supports the implementation of revenue enhancement activities especially as it related to 340B programs

Provide support to develop systems and processes to identify risks and prevents duplicate discounts and diversion in 340B space

Review purchase and utilization data at 340B covered entity level to identify problem areas

Liaison with operation teams to resolve issue and change process as needed

Engage with 340B covered entities and other relevant stakeholders to understand purchase and dispensing data to ensure compliance with 340B program and UCB policies

For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, etc.

5+ years of commercial analytics experience

5+ years of Excel Modeling experience with large data sets

Preferred Requirements

Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Analytics

340B pricing experience

Experience in data analysis, audit processes, and additional audit capacities within

Contracts and Pricing, Managed Markets, Compliance, Finance or Legal in Pharmaceuticals

Advanced Data Analysis skills, using tools such as Power BI or Tableau and languages such as R or Python, SQL

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is

$108,000 to $141,800

per year. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
