Responsibilities
Serve as a regional expert in Venus Thromboembolism (VTE) care, optimizing education programs for healthcare providers Develop and implement education and clinical care path strategies to enhance program effectiveness Manage account education initiatives and maintain communication with regional sales teams Organize and execute local/regional care path tradeshows and conferences to raise therapy awareness Foster relationships with key customers and opinion leaders to facilitate product adoption and engagement
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in program development or quality initiatives in the medical field Experience as a PERT, VTE or Stroke Coordinator, or in relevant clinical areas such as ED or ICU Proven track record in program development and business-to-business (B2B) marketing Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse audiences Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LEAN Sigma methodologies and program management Creative thinker with a strong clinical background Previous experience in developing strategic customer initiatives Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong negotiation skills and ability to build consensus among stakeholders
