What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Act as a regional expert in Venus Thromboembolism (VTE) care path, optimizing education and resources for healthcare providers
Develop and execute clinical education strategies and programs across multiple regions
Manage account education initiatives and maintain effective communication with regional sales teams
Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to enhance therapy awareness
Drive local and regional education initiatives, including participation in tradeshows and conferences
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in program development or quality initiatives in healthcare
Experience as a PERT, VTE, or Stroke Coordinator, or in ED, ICU, Pulmonology, or related areas is highly preferred
Minimum of 3 years in program development, clinical quality improvement, and B2B or field marketing
Strong decision-making skills with experience in strategic customer initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
BSN/RN background with experience in clinical settings
Program Management experience, particularly in LEAN Sigma methodologies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Willingness to conduct business outside of standard work hours
