Overview At least 5 years preferred in a technical environment plus at least 3 years' sales experience. Experience with equipment and installation is an advantage.

Required Education Engineering e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering (preferred), (may be physics, materials engineering, electrical or electronic engineering. Not software or pure chemistry)

Current and previous roles Jobs held for less than 2 years need justification or will be considered negatively.

Several jobs of less than 2 years question the candidate’s loyalty to employers and perseverance and are likely cause for rejection.

Industry experience (preferably from following industry sectors)

E.g. industrial equipment (like laser cutting, soldering machines, cleaning equipment for instance semiconductor industry, automatization components); Electronics, microelectronics

manufacturing, displays, mobile devices, consumer goods, manufacturing, automotive, exposure to mass production and fully automated processes preferred

Main tasks of role

Project and sales development of the equipment

(dispensing and curing devices) in the defined region/area to develop preserve and expand the customer base (for instance machine integrators and potential non-adhesive customers).

Build up and maintain relationship to machine vendors and integrators

Identification and analysis of customer needs and elaboration of requirement profiles

Close cooperation with other Regional Sales Engineers and trade/distribution partners

Act as a contact window for customers concerning questions in relation to the equipment.

Proactive market observation analysis of new technology trends and concepts, competition activities for example at

specialized fairs, company presentations/technology days.

Constant exchange of information with equipment engineering team, product management, marketing and other sales managers
