Responsibilities
Oversee vendor management and site acquisition for small cell projects
Manage workflow forecasts and ensure timely governmental approvals and permits
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project milestones
Assist with special projects as needed to support the real estate team
Maintain accurate forecasting of deliverables and database information
Qualifications (What is Required)
Must have telecom/wireless small cell real estate experience with strong project management skills
Prior experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors
Experience working on projects in the Midwest or central region
Proficiency with database tracking systems and tools
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Preferred Qualifications (How to Stand Out)
Previous experience with a major telecommunications carrier
Familiarity with specific processes and tools utilized in the industry
Strong creative problem-solving abilities
