Network Real Estate Specialist III Duration:

$50.00 – $57.00/hr

Bloomington, MN (100% Remote)

Fully remote candidates will be considered.

Specialists will join the Great Plains Submarket (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND) Network Small Cell Real Estate Team in support of small cell new build and modification projects. This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A & E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a “Real Estate Complete” work product. In addition to supervising third‑party vendors, responsibilities include managing workflow forecasts and obtaining governmental approvals and permits. Specialists are expected to work as self‑starters to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Role will include PO management. Assist with special projects as they arise. Candidate must be able to onboard possessing the required skills and experience, with minimal training.

Required Skills and Experience

Telecom/wireless small cell real estate experience with strong project management skills.

Prior experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors.

Preferred experience working at or with Verizon.

Experience or familiarity with projects in the Midwest or central region.

Experience with database tracking systems/tools, especially Verizon’s processes and tools (FUZE).

Accurate forecasting of deliverables, maintaining database information fields, and understanding the impact on the overall program.

Ability to work under pressure to manage and meet aggressive timelines and goals.

Excellent communication skills with positive team‑focused energy and drive.

Creative problem solver that can assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success.
