Responsibilities
Network Real Estate Specialist III Specialist will manage real estate (pre-construction) efforts in support of macro new build and modification programs and service improvements in the Great Plains Submarket (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND).
This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a "Real Estate Complete" work product.
Work involves supervising third party vendors in performing due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing workflow forecasts, and obtaining governmental approvals and permits.
Specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Role will include PO management. Assist with special projects as they arise.
Required Skills
Must have telecom/wireless experience with strong pre-construction (network real estate) project management experience
Ideal candidate will have experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors is preferred.
Ideal candidate will have previous carrier experience, preferably working at or with Client.
Familiarity or experience with upper midwestern region.
Experience accurately forecasting deliverables, maintaining database information fields, and understanding milestones and the impact of the job to the overall program.
Ability to work under pressure to manage and meet aggressive timelines and goals.
Excellent communication skills with positive team-focused energy and drive.
Creative problem solver that can assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success.
Experience with database tracking systems/tools - experience with Client processes and tools (FUZE) preferred.
