Summary:
Specialist will manage real estate (pre-construction) efforts in support of Client's macro new build and modification programs and service improvements in the Great Plains Submarket (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND). This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully navigate various milestones to get to a “Real Estate Complete” work product. Work involves supervising third party vendors in performing due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing work flow forecasts, and obtaining governmental approvals and permits. Specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Role will include PO management. Assist with special projects as they arise.
Responsibilities :
Supervise third party vendors in performing due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing work flow forecasts, and obtaining governmental approvals and permits.
Provide vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to navigate milestones toward a Real Estate Complete work product.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes and ensure alignment with program milestones.
Manage purchase orders (POs) and assist with special projects as they arise.
Required Skills :
Must have telecom/wireless experience with strong pre-construction (network real estate) project management experience
Experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors is preferred
Previous carrier experience, preferably with Client's
Familiarity with the upper midwestern region
Experience forecasting deliverables, maintaining database information fields, and understanding milestones and impact on the program
Ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive timelines and goals
Excellent communication skills with a positive, team-focused energy
Creative problem solver able to assemble and evaluate information to determine paths to success
Experience with database tracking systems/tools; familiarity with Client's processes and tools (FUZE) preferred
Pay Transparency :
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$50.00 - $57.00/hr . Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
