
Network Real Estate Specialist III
Job #: 3020222 Fully remote. Specialist will manage real estate (pre‑construction) efforts in support of our client's macro new build and modification programs and service improvements in the Great Plains Submarket (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND). This includes vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to navigate milestones toward a “Real Estate Complete” work product. The specialist supervises third‑party vendors performing due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing workflow forecasts, and obtaining governmental approvals and permits. The specialist must act as a self‑starter, driving projects and prioritizing competing initiatives, while collaborating with internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Role responsibilities include: Vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners. Negotiating leases and amendments. Managing workflow forecasts and maintaining related databases. Obtaining governmental approvals and permits. PO management and support for special projects. Required skills: Telecom/wireless experience with strong pre‑construction (network real estate) project management background. Experience managing site acquisition agents and other vendors. Familiarity with the upper midwestern region (MN, IA, NE, SD, ND). Ability to forecast deliverables accurately, maintain database fields, and understand program milestones. Ability to work under pressure to manage and meet aggressive timelines and goals. Excellent communication skills with a positive team‑focused energy and drive. Creative problem solver who assembles and evaluates information to determine paths to success.
