well‑established financial services organization
in Sacramento, CA in search of a
Direct Loan Processor Specialist I
to support
their high‑volume consumer lending operations . This role sits within a busy lending environment where you’ll guide applicants from initial inquiry through loan funding while providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound consumer loan‑related calls.
Support the loan application lifecycle from intake through funding.
Assist internal teams with complex loan questions, escalations, and documentation needs.
Collect, analyze, and verify required borrower documentation.
Prepare accurate loan documents and ensure compliance with organizational procedures.
Obtain and review DMV documentation for collateral lien accuracy.
Audit loan files and operational documents for compliance and completeness.
Identify and escalate potential fraud, suspicious activity, or identity discrepancies.
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and internal chat tools.
Participate in team meetings and maintain consistent responsiveness.
Provide high‑quality service to members, dealerships, and external finance partners.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Minimum 3 years
of experience in a
high‑volume call center
or loan processing environment (required).
Strong multitasking skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to remain calm and focused during high‑pressure or frustrated‑caller situations.
Computer proficient; Microsoft Office familiarity required.
Knowledge of consumer loans, auto loans, or DMV titling is a plus (not required).
Ability to identify fraud or suspicious activity.

Pay Rate:
$22/hour
