Position Summary
LAB Holding is seeking a Property Manager to help oversee its diverse portfolio of commercial and residential real estate properties located throughout Southern California. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in property operations and a proven ability to cultivate and maintain long-term tenant partnerships. This role requires a hands-on operational approach, including frequent property walks, active oversight of capital improvement projects, and consistent review of tenant needs across all assigned assets. The Property Manager will report directly to the Director of Finance and work closely with the development, maintenance, leasing, marketing, finance, and ownership teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment with broader business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Maintain open and consistent communication with tenants as the key point of contact between tenants and ownership. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of each property including promptly addressing any emergencies and coordinating applicable remedies/repairs. Frequently walk and review each property in-person, take leadership on any items requiring attention or that are open for improvements. Coordinate all applicable third-party vendors to uphold a high level of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic at each property, including but not limited to janitorial, landscaping, valet, and security among others. Oversee all tenant move ins/move outs as well as tenant improvements as necessary. To include posting and tracking of applicable notices as well as tracking compliance of all applicable lease requirements (insurance etc.) Assist in leasing efforts with leasing and finance team as needed. Oversee smooth collection of rents and work with team on addressing any delinquency. Create and track budgets for each property in concert with the finance team. Any other items related to the management of each property as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred Proficiency with App Folio or similar property management software a must. Minimum of three years of experience in commercial property management Knowledge of commercial property management laws and regulations. Self-starter with impeccable integrity, work ethic and follow-up. Strong multi-tasking skills and acute attention to detail. Outstanding collaboration and communication skills. Flexibility in completing tasks beyond formal responsibilities. Strong organizational skills, able to work independently and meet deadlines. Benefits
