is seeking an experienced and motivated

Federal

Sales Recruiter

to support the continued growth of our

Public Sector Sales organization . This role is critical to identifying, engaging, and hiring high-caliber Federal Account Executives and sales professionals who can successfully navigate complex government markets, agency relationships, and mission-driven sales cycles.

In this role, you will partner closely with Public Sector Sales leadership to understand hiring priorities, define success profiles, and execute targeted recruiting strategies that attract proven, in some cases cleared, and agency-aligned sales talent. This individual will serve as a brand ambassador for Paragon Micro to prospective candidates, clearly articulating our value proposition, Federal capabilities, and sales culture.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrated Federal domain expertise with the judgment and healthy skepticism required to accurately assess candidate credibility, validate claimed agency relationships and past performance, and identify exaggeration or misalignment early in the screening process.

Partner with Public Sales leadership to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and near- and long-term hiring plans

Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to Federal sales roles, including but not limited to Account Executives supporting Civilian, DoD, and Intelligence Community customers

Build accurate candidate profiles by evaluating Paragon Micros Federal offerings, contract vehicles, agency focus, and go-to-market strategy

Source, identify, and engage candidates through networking, referrals, industry groups, online platforms, and targeted outreach

Effectively pitch Paragon Micros Federal capabilities, sales model, and growth opportunities to prospective candidates

Screen candidates through phone and virtual interviews to assess Federal sales experience, agency relationships, and overall professional fit

Manage interview coordination and scheduling for shortlisted candidates in partnership with Federal Sales leaders

Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), including NetSuite

Provide objective insights and data to support hiring decisions while ensuring a positive candidate experience

Monitor recruiting metrics and hiring outcomes to identify trends, efficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements

5+ years of demonstrated success recruiting high-performing sales professionals within Federal, GovCon, and/or technology-enabled sales environments

Working knowledge of Federal sales roles, hiring profiles, and common KPIs tied to seller performance

Familiarity with employment laws, recruiting best practices, and compliant hiring processes

Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions while prioritizing high-impact Federal roles

Experience using applicant tracking systems
