Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Executive Recruiter based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, allowing for a combination of on-site work and remote flexibility. The Senior Executive Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing high-level candidates for management, executive and leadership roles, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. This includes evaluating candidate qualifications, conducting interviews, working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, and providing strategic advice on talent acquisition. Qualifications
Experience in talent acquisition, accounting, recruitment strategy, and candidate sourcing Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in technology tools for recruiting, including applicant tracking systems and professional networking platforms. Strong organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple searches and deadlines Demonstrated success in recruiting within the fields of Accounting, Finance, IT, or Human Resources is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
