Support fundraising initiatives for private equity, venture capital, or structured finance transactions Identify and engage prospective investors, limited partners (LPs), or strategic partners Manage and track the fundraising pipeline, ensuring all investor communications are timely and organized Prepare fundraising materials including investor decks, private placement memoranda, and marketing presentations Coordinate meetings, calls, and events with investors and internal deal teams Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to inform fundraising strategy Collaborate with senior professionals on capital raising strategy, deal structuring, and investor reporting Desired Qualifications
