Position Overview

The Head of Capital Formation leads the strategy and execution of fundraising and investor engagement activities for the firm. This role involves developing relationships with existing and prospective investors, designing capital-raising programs, and supporting investment teams in aligning fundraising with portfolio objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the firm’s capital formation strategy across funds, co-investments, and strategic partnerships

  • Lead investor outreach, presentations, and due diligence meetings
