Position Overview
The Head of Capital Formation leads the strategy and execution of fundraising and investor engagement activities for the firm. This role involves developing relationships with existing and prospective investors, designing capital-raising programs, and supporting investment teams in aligning fundraising with portfolio objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the firm’s capital formation strategy across funds, co-investments, and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
- Lead investor outreach, presentations, and due diligence meetings
- Manage the fundraising process, including investor communications, subscription documentation, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with investment and portfolio teams to align capital strategy with deal flow and fund objectives
