Position Overview The Head of Capital Formation
leads the strategy and execution of fundraising and investor engagement activities
for the firm. This role involves developing relationships with existing and prospective investors, designing capital-raising programs, and supporting investment teams in aligning fundraising with portfolio objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the firm’s capital formation strategy across funds, co-investments, and strategic partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
Lead investor outreach, presentations, and due diligence meetings
Manage the fundraising process, including investor communications, subscription documentation, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with investment and portfolio teams to align capital strategy with deal flow and fund objectives
Track fundraising progress, investor commitments, and reporting metrics
Develop marketing materials, pitch decks, and thought leadership content for investor engagement
Monitor market trends, capital market activity, and competitor fundraising strategies
Serve as a key point of contact for existing investors and provide regular reporting on fund performance
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Experience in capital formation, investor relations, fundraising, or private markets
Strong understanding of investment funds, portfolio companies, and capital markets
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
