Position Overview
The Head of Capital Formation at Initio Capital is a strategic leadership role focused on overseeing the firm's fundraising efforts and managing investor relations. The individual in this role will drive capital raising initiatives for private equity, venture capital, and other investment funds, ensuring that Initio Capital is well-positioned to meet its investment goals. The Head of Capital Formation will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement fundraising strategies and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Capital Raising Leadership: Spearhead the capital raising process for private equity, venture capital, and other investment funds.
- Investor Relations Management: Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring continued support and engagement.
- Fund Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership and investment teams to structure and design investment funds that align with market trends and investor preferences.
- Market Research: Analyze capital markets and investor sentiment to identify emerging trends and tailor fundraising strategies.
- Fundraising Execution: Lead all stages of fundraising, from initial outreach to closing commitments, ensuring successful capital raises for new funds.
