as an AssurX Senior Consultant. As a Senior Consultant you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of AssurX implementations for integration in conjunction with our leading AssurX software partners, providing consulting services to our existing customers. This position will help implement and support product installation, integration development, interface support, application tuning, and system maintenance.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the delivery of AssurX software implementations in partnership with AssurX software providers. Provide consulting services to existing customers, ensuring effective use and adoption of solutions. Execute product installation, configuration, application tuning, and upgrades to optimize system performance. Develop and maintain system integrations, interfaces, and related documentation. Solve complex implementation, requirements, design, and business process challenges. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Emergency Management and ADMS applications, system integration, and solution architecture. Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, translating them into effective technical solutions. Ensure on-time delivery of project assignments by meeting established deliverables and timelines. Support ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and post-implementation enhancements. Work as part of a core project team to meet project requirements and customer expectations. Travel to customer sites nationwide (up to 25% per month, depending on project requirements). Work from home when not traveling. Participate in training programs to build expertise and maintain up-to-date knowledge of AssurX and related solutions. Qualifications
15+ years of work experience supporting Electric Utility Applications and Integrations for project implementations of AssurX Solutions. Computer Science degree or equivalent Microsoft Tools Experience (MS 360, Teams, Zoom, Remote Meeting and Chat Software) Experience with technologies such as:
Windows, Windows Server, and AssurX cloud solutions. Proficient .NET, Scripting, C Sharp, and Windows solutions, Cloud Experience (AssurX deployed applications)
Multiple IDE Development Tools Experience (For Example: MS Visual Studio, VS Code, Chrome Development Tools, and Plugins) AssurX Integrations and solutions and CIP and NERC asset compliance management. Experience with leading development and technical teams Innovative thinker with a drive to learn and implement new technologies Self-motivated to find solutions to problems. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Demonstrated teamwork and customer focus High standards of professional ethics
