three years of commercial real estate transactional experience . Responsibilities
Advise clients in connection with all aspects of high-value commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasings, and financing Draft and negotiate terms for purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, loan documents, and closing materials Research real estate laws and regulations Qualifications
At least
three years of commercial real estate transactional experience JD from an accredited law school Strong academic credentials Licensed to practice in Florida Strong writing and oral communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Base Salary Range:
