Experience with site inspections, covenant enforcement, assisting boards with day-to-day aspects of managing an association, preparing for and conducting association meetings, reviewing financial reports, preparing budgets, project management, preparing service bids and overseeing contractors. Knowledge of Florida Statutes and the governing documents of an association; proficiency in understanding and executing their requirements. Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Association Software such as Caliber is helpful. Manage day-to-day implementation of procedures and programs to ensure well-managed and maintained property; emphasize positive response to concerns and needs of Association Board Members and Homeowners. Work with a team; communicate effectively with accounting, administrative, mailroom, architectural review and other support staff. Oversee day-to-day operations of on-site or portfolio of communities to ensure excellent service. Solicit bids, compare proposals, monitor maintenance programs, and foster vendor relationships. Serve as the sole liaison for property resolutions, using sound business judgment to resolve issues and conflicts. Communicate account information confidentially and professionally, both orally and in writing. Develop and monitor property budgets to support the financial expectations of the Board and Association. Coordinate, negotiate, and issue vendor contracts for property services per the management agreement. Prepare a monthly board package for the Board of Directors, including management report, proposals, correspondence, and financial reporting. Daily use of Caliber, Word, and Excel for communication, organization, and follow-through. About the Company

Additional Required Qualifications: MUST be a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager. Experience in an environment requiring high levels of customer service, highly motivated and confident professional, excellent written/verbal communication skills, detail oriented, proven leadership, problem solving skills, competent in Excel, Word, Outlook and experience with financial reports and budgets. 3+ years’ work experience in Association Management with prior people and project management experience with townhomes or homeowner’s associations.
