Manage day-to-day operations of the property or portfolio of communities to ensure excellent service. Solicit bids, provide comparisons, and monitor all maintenance programs; build strong relationships with vendors. Represent the property as the primary liaison for all resolutions, applying sound business judgment to resolve issues and conflicts. Maintain confidential and professional communication with Board Members and Homeowners, both orally and in writing. Develop and monitor property budgets that support the financial expectations of the Board and Association. Coordinate, negotiate, and issue vendor contracts in accordance with the management agreement. Prepare a monthly board package for the Board of Directors, including a management report, proposals, correspondence, and financial reporting. Utilize company software (Caliber), Word, and Excel for communication, organization, and follow-through. Qualifications
Must be a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager. Experience in environments requiring high levels of customer service; highly motivated and confident professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with proven leadership and problem-solving abilities. Competent in Excel, Word, Outlook; experience with financial reports and budgets. 3+ years of work experience in Association Management with prior people and project management experience with townhomes or homeowner associations.
