
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support supplier relations, contract management, and system migration initiatives. This role will focus on contract lifecycle management, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing multiple workstreams, and supporting projects from inception through completion. Location:

Contract (6 months, with potential for extension) Key Responsibilities
Support contract lifecycle management activities, including reviewing, organizing, and migrating legacy contract data into a CLM system Partner closely with system administrators to manage contract data, workflows, and system accuracy Review contract terms and extract key data for entry into internal systems Communicate with vendors and internal business owners to gather required contract and spend information Assist with migration to a new supplier due diligence tool from a supplier relations perspective Support project management efforts related to system transitions, including documenting processes and creating user instructions Work across multiple internal systems to ensure contract and supplier data is accurate and audit-ready Ensure high data quality standards to support reporting and audit requirements Tools & Systems
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms (e.g., Ironclad or similar) Oracle or comparable ERP systems Microsoft Teams and standard collaboration tools Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience Strong background in contract management or contract administration Experience working with contract lifecycle management systems Proven ability to work independently with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing data accuracy in regulated or audit-sensitive environments Preferred Qualifications
Experience in procurement, supplier relations, or vendor management Mortgage or financial services industry experience Experience supporting system migrations or process improvement initiatives Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Soft Skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to question instructions and seek clarification when needed Effective communicator with internal stakeholders and external vendors Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment
